Launched just over a year ago, the Cobolt 08-NLD 785nm marked the start of the Cobolt 08-01 Series.
This family of narrow linewidth continuous-wave lasers features diode pumped solid state lasers (DPL) alongside narrow linewidth frequency stabilized diode lasers (NLD). The Cobolt 08-01 series offers fixed wavelengths between 532 nm and 785 nm, with output power of up to 500 mW.
The ultra-compact 08-NLD 785 nm features an integrated optical isolator, rendering them immune to any optical feedback. And, built using Cobolt’s proprietary HTCure manufacturing technology (see video below), the lasers are designed and manufactured to ensure the highest level of reliability.
Emitting a high quality laser beam with very stable characteristics and dependable performance, the 08-NLD 785 nm is tailored to meet the specific expectations of manufacturers of high-end Raman spectroscopy instrumentation. However, they are suitable for a whole range of applications where stable and narrow linewidth are crucial.
Proving popular with a broad cross-section of Laser Lines’ customers since their launch, these Cobolt lasers are intended for both stand-alone use in laboratory environments or for integration as an OEM component.
