The light source used in fluorescence spectroscopy, the fluorophore and the detector all serve to determine spectrally which filter set to use. Iridian offers high performance fluorescence filter sets that render this task easier. Based on the choice of fluorophores, there are corresponding excitation filters, emission filters and dichroic filters.

Iridian Fluorescence Spectroscopy Filter Line Advantage
Like all Iridian filters, our fluorescence filters use hard dielectric coatings and do not require cover glass for durability. This greatly improves the transmittance levels compared to traditional filters. Our proprietary deposition technology allows our fluorescence filters to meet even the most demanding specifications.
