The KMLabs periscopes have been designed for exceptional sturdiness because the stability of the Ti:sapphire laser depends upon the thermal load and mechanical rigidity of the pump laser's steering mirrors.

Please note that the impressive sturdiness of these periscopes comes at the cost of easy-adjustment. All adjustment is achieved via setscrew clamping. Therefore, “fine-tuned, optical-quality” adjustment is possible, but challenging. Each version of periscope includes two, ¾” diameter mirrors.

PER-R-532: Polarization rotating periscope for use with 488-532nm pump lasers. Includes a periscope to fix the height and rotate the polarization of vertically-polarized pump lasers.

PER-M-532: Polarization maintaining periscope for use with 488-532nm pump lasers. Includes a periscope to fix the height and maintain the polarization of horizontally-polarized pump lasers.

PER-R-800: Polarization rotating periscope for use with the Ti:sapphire oscillator output. Includes a periscope to fix the height and rotate the polarization. Includes silver mirrors.

PER-M-800: Polarization maintaining periscope for use with the Ti:sapphire oscillator output. Includes a periscope to fix the height and maintain the polarization. Includes silver mirrors.

PER-ENCL: Enclosure for the KMLabs pump-periscopes. Includes a simple enclosure for the periscope and beam tubing to be used between the pump laser and the Ti:sapphire oscillator.
