Cascades™ Actively Cooled Diode Laser Bars

nLIGHT’s non visible, actively cooled Cascades™ diode laser bars provide end users with state-of-the-art power, brightness and reliability. These 1 cm bars are based on our proprietary MOCVD structures which offer low beam divergence and narrow spectral bandwidth.

Our Cascades™ actively cooled diode laser bars are available in a wide range of wavelengths from 808 nm to beyond 2000 nm. The design of these devices allows multiple packages to be placed side by side. Available with an optional water manifold for ease of use.
