Diode Products

The following products are representative of nLIGHT's superior device capabilities and performance. Our semiconductor diode lasers are designed and manufactured to meet custom high-performance and high-reliability requirements.

Single Emitter Diode Laser Devices

nLIGHT’s single emitter diode laser devices are versatile, high-brightness, high-power laser sources perfect for a broad range of laser applications. Available wavelengths range from visible 639 nm diodes, 808 nm diodes optimized for solid-state pumping, and 1470 nm and beyond diodes for pumping and eye-safe applications.

Single Emitter Diode Laser Devices (visible)
Our visible single emitter diode laser devices are available in wavelengths from 639 nm to 690 nm, with power levels from 0.5 W to 1.5 W.

Single Emitter Diode Laser Devices (non visible)
Our non visible single emitter diode laser devices are available in wavelengths from 808 nm to beyond 2000 nm, with power levels up to 5 W from a single 200 µm stripe.

Cascades™ Actively Cooled Diode Laser Bar

nLIGHT’s Cascades™ diode laser bars, available in single-bar packages and horizontal or vertical arrays, span the wavelength region from 808 nm to beyond 2000 nm with maximum output power of up to 2 kW.

Cascades™ Actively Cooled Diode Laser Bars (non visible)
Reliable and easy-to-integrate, our non visible, actively cooled Cascades™ diode laser bars are ideal for applications ranging from solid-state laser pumping and materials processing to medical therapeutics and graphic arts. Available in a wide range of wavelengths between 808 nm to beyond 2000 nm.

Cascades™ Vertical Stacked Arrays
Cascades™ vertical stacked arrays, based on nLIGHT’s proprietary cooler design, are available in heights ranging from 1 to 20 bars with peak powers of up to 2 kW.

Cascades™ Horizontal Stacked Arrays
Cascades™ horizontal stacked arrays, based on nLIGHT’s proprietary cooler design, are available in widths up to 12 bars with peak powers of over 1 kW per array.
