XTREME scan heads now offer NTI’s highest performance ever in a small package. The XTREME-10 and 15 scan heads provide 50% greater scanning speeds and are among the fastest 10mm and 15mm heads in their class. The rugged scan head design is completely sealed against dust and water spray. The industry compatible drop-in module allows for easy integration into new or existing laser systems.
The XTREME features NTI's fastest and most accurate QS-12 galvanometers with exclusive rotor and mirror mount technology for superior performance and high quality hybrid/ceramic ball bearings for long operating life. It also features NTI’s latest QD-4000 servo amplifier with new high speed servo architecture, low noise circuitry and low drift components for improved accuracy.

XTREME scan heads can be configured for 10 or 15mm beam apertures and a variety of wavelengths including 266nm, 355nm, 532nm, 1064nm, 10600nm and broad band wavelengths from 400nm-IR. They are available with XY2-100 digital and analog electrical interface options.
XTREME 2-Axis Scan Heads, along with NTI’s powerful laser / scanning control board and software are used in a variety of scanning applications including: Cutting, Coding, Marking, Welding, and Micro-Machining.
