Photonics Industries offers its DS and PA systems in a 5 ns short pulse option. This is ideal for a number of applications that require a short pulse width that still falls in the nano second range. In order to shorten the pulse width to 5 ns Photonics Industries uses a specialized technique that will in turn decrease average output power by about 40%. |
