The t100 combines its outstanding beam quality and fast pulsing capabilites with 100 watts of output power. By combining the t-series compact resonator design with its matched 30 VDC RF supply and air-cooling option, the firestar t100 was created to minimize its footprint while maximizing power and performance.
In comparison to other 100-watt CO 2 lasers in today's industrial laser market, the t100's beam characteristics excel in both Mode (TEM 00 95% purity) and Beam Quality Numbers (M²< 1.1 ± 0.1). This typically means no additional beam shaping optics are needed to provide focused laser power for the end-user applications.
In addition, the t100's fast rise and fall times and excellent square pulse profile optimize applications where higher frequency performance is key. For applications requiring mounting on an X/Y gantry or a full 3D robotic arm, where the mass of the laser is critical to system speed and performance, the firestar t100 provides the smallest and lightest 100 watt laser solution available today.
