CO2 Lasers

Firestar Series: t80

The firestar t80 features:
  • 80 Watts
  • Excellent Beam Quality and Pulsing Characteristics
  • Fast Rise and Fall Time (<75µs)
  • Built-in “tickle” generator
  • Color-coded LED’s mirror user outputs
  • Common footprint and beam exit locations
  • Opto-Isolated +5-24 VDC inputs and outputs
  • Available in keyswitch fan or water-cooled versions
  • OEM (no keyswitch/shutter) air, fan, or water-cooled

Following on the success of the t60 , Synrad introduced the 80 watt firestart80. Sharing a common footprint, the t80 with its matching 36 VDC RF supply provides even more power in the same compact package. For applications like fast marking on steel, with 80 watts of efficient focusable power, the t80 is an ideal fit.

With its flexibility in cooling options, combined with its lightweight compact packaging and virtual drop-in replaceablity in both upgrade and field service situations, the t80 is an ideal choice for laser engravers, laser markers and high-speed laser coders.

As with all Synrad lasers, the t80 can be operated from a 0-100% duty cycle, with laser power adjusted using a pulse width modulation (PWM) control. The t80 operates from a separate RF power supply, with three standard cable lengths available, providing the lightest possible mounting weight for the laser heads.
