laservall

Laservall was established in 1993 and rapidly became the leading Italian laser manufacturer, with particular emphasis on industrial, medical and scientific applications. Today Laservall is particularly strong in diode pumped solid-state laser technology (marking, micro-machining, engraving) and pulsed YAG systems (spot welding).

Laser Marking

Violino

Violino Marker
Operating in the near infra-red at 1064nm, this system is perfect for laser marking almost all metals and plastics. The Violino is available in 10, 20 and 40W power levels, using higher powers permits faster marking and higher production throughput. All models are extremely compact and reliable, they are suitable for use in harsh environments and provide several years of maintenance free operation. Due to efficient end-pumping technology these lasers offer a particularly cost-effective laser marking solution.

Eu Marker   Violino EUMarker
From the Violino family comes a new economical laser system for metals and plastics, suitable for both low volume batch manufacturing and also automated production lines.
Violino UV

Violino UV
Enables micro-marking and machining with virtually no heat affected zone or thermal damage, as the laser operates in the ultra violet region of the spectrum and therefore there is no heat input. This is often referred to as ‘cold processing’. This laser delivers 3 Watts at 355nm wavelength.

Violino Green

Violino Green
A 7W 532nm ‘green’ laser, which provides a smaller spot size and hence a micro-marking capability. This wavelength is suitable for processing several types of plastics, inducing a colour change without burning, and for ablation of films without damage to the underlying substrate.

Sagitta   Sagitta
The Sagitta range is a more powerful evolution of the established Violino series, and is available as 60, 100 and 150W variants. Combining high power with high beam quality enables the Sagitta lasers to be used in demanding applications such as engraving and cutting of thin metals, in addition to ‘difficult’ marking requirements.

Laser Welding

Master Kubo

Master Kubo
This new family of spot welders is characterised by a compact and ergonomic design. With powers from 10 to 100W, and with features including advanced pulse shaping, variable spot size, pulse width control and fibre-optic beam delivery, these systems allow the user to optimise the quality, strength and physical appearance of the welds. The KUBO is suitable for both basic manual workstations and automatic welding system integration.

EZ Welder

EZ Welder
This basic manual spot welding system is available in both benchtop and floorstand configurations, and in four power levels tailored to specific applications: orthodontic work/dental laboratories, jewellery workshops (repair work and bespoke design), and industrial applications. This 2nd generation system features a particularly ergonomic glove box that permits use for long periods without operator fatigue.

Laservall FDL

FDL
The FDL is a continuous wave fibre coupled diode laser, operating at 808nm and rated at 25 or 50 Watts. It is usually supplied with a 3 metre long 600 micron core fibre optic cable and a focusing head. Typical applications include plastics welding, heating, and fine soldering or brazing. Laser operation can be controlled with a stand-alone command box, or by a PC or PLC in automated production systems.
