The new technology was developed for the high-speed drying of water-based slurries. All conventional waxes and sands can also be applied without problems.

The advantages:

• Reduction of the shell building time by the factor 20-30.
• Saving of material is up to 25 %.
• Increase of the shell strength and permeability.

As all machines are individually constructed according to the requirements of the customer, every machine is unique. A solid steel frame is the basis, which is panelled with steel plates.

The drying chamber and the sophisticated aerodynamic mixing zones are made of 3-D-plates.
