The SISMA SWA 150/300 is engineered for industrial mould repair, die maintenance and heavy tooling refurbishment, making it ideal for manufacturers working with large components that cannot easily be transported to a fixed welding station. Its mobile design and articulated welding head allow operators to access difficult areas while maintaining exceptional welding precision.
Typical applications include injection mould repair, die-casting tools, stamping dies, plastic mould maintenance, precision engineering components and large industrial tooling. The semi-automatic welding functions improve consistency, reduce repair times and help extend the service life of expensive production tools.
