Photonics Industries’ high-energy picosecond lasers, the RGLX and RX HE, represent a pioneering advancement in ultrafast technology. These systems offer a unique combination of high pulse energies, up to 4 mJ in the IR, and exceptional repetition rates for both scientific research and industrial integration. With over 15 years of expertise and thousands of units shipped worldwide, these lasers provide the performance and durability required for demanding applications.
The innovative all-in-one (AIO) design is a hallmark of the RGLX series, offering a robust form factor that requires no separate controller. This compact footprint simplifies system integration, making it an ideal choice for micro-processing and meso-scale material processing environments. Reliability is further enhanced by a simple, long-life design that ensures stable, steady-state operation for long-term industrial projects.
For users requiring extreme precision, the Flex-Pulse™ Suite provides total control over pulse timing and energy. Features such as Pulse-On-Demand (POD) and Position Synchronised Output (PSO) allow pulses to be synced with motion systems, effectively eliminating thermal damage during complex processing. Additionally, Digi-Burst™ technology enables individually controllable bursts of up to 20 pulses, which significantly enhances ablation rates and micro-processing efficiency.
These versatile lasers excel across a wide spectrum of fields, from Satellite Laser Ranging (SLR) and observatory systems to semiconductor processing. Their ultra-short pulse widths, reaching as low as 10 ps, make them perfect for thin film removal, medical device manufacturing, and micromachining transparent materials. With a wide range of wavelengths including 1064 nm, 532 nm, and 355 nm, these lasers meet the evolving requirements of picosecond applications.
